  1. 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

  2. 1 cup coarsely chopped leek s

  3. 1/4 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans

  4. 1-1/2 cups OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham strips

  5. 1/4 cup Madeira wine

  6. 1 clove garlic , minced

  7. 1 container (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

  8. 2 Tbsp. milk

  9. 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

  10. 8 oz. fettuccine , cooked, drained

  1. MELT butter in medium skillet. Add leeks and pecans; cook and stir until leeks are tender. Add ham; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

  2. COOK wine and garlic in medium saucepan on low heat 1 min. Add cream cheese spread and milk; cook until cream cheese spread is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in blue cheese.

  3. PLACE hot fettuccine in large serving bowl. Add ham mixture and cheese sauce; mix lightly.
