  1. 2 anchovy fillets

  2. 1 clove(s) garlic , minced 25 cup(s) mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 cup(s) grated Romano cheese

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard

  7. 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 bag(s) (12 ounces) romaine hearts , torn Freshly ground black pepper

  1. In large bowl, with fork, mash anchovies with garlic until almost smooth. Whisk in mayonnaise, Romano, lemon juice, oil, mustard, and Worcestershire until blended.

  2. Add romaine to bowl with dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
