  1. 2 pounds Venison, cubed

  2. 1 cup Peas

  3. 1 large Onion, diced

  4. 1 Celery stalk, diced

  5. 1 Garlic clove, diced

  6. 2 ounces Marsale wine

  7. 1 can Drained potatoes, diced

  8. 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper

  9. 4 Fresh carrots, diced

  10. 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

  11. 1 cup Corn

  1. Fill crockpot half full of water. Add vension, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, celery, Marsala, salt and pepper. Stir in cornstarch. If needed, add an extra cup of water. Cover. Cook on low heat for eight hours.
