  1. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  2. 2 cups chopped pecans

  3. 6 green onions, chopped

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  5. 1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese

  6. 1 teaspoon reduced fat mayonnaise

  7. 1 (10-ounce) jar red or green pepper jelly

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cheddar, pecans, green onions, parsley, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread in glass pie plate or quiche dish. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. When ready to serve, cover cheese mixture with pepper jelly.
