  5. 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

  6. 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  7. 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  8. 1/2 cup cornflakes

  9. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  10. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  11. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 cup butter, melted

  1. Double-Berry Crisp Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, orange peel and berries until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, cornflakes, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt; stir in butter. Sprinkle over berry mixture. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until filling is bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings.
