  1. 2 packages dry non-dairy topping mix

  2. 2 3/4 cups milk - divided use

  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  4. 2 (2 1/2-ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

  5. 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

  1. In a bowl mix dry non-dairy topping mix with 1 cup cold milk. Slowly add remaining 1 3/4 cups cold milk, vanilla, and instant chocolate pudding mix. Blend well. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into baked pie shell. Chill for 4 hours.
