  2. 4 Salmon

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  5. 1 Onion - sliced

  6. 1 Bay leaf

  7. 1 cup 237ml Light cream

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt the butter in a baking dish. Arrange the salmon in it and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Surround with the onion slices and bay leaf. Bake in a 375 degree oven 15 minutes. Pour the cream over the fish and bake for additional 25 minutes, basting frequently.
