  1. Steak Marinade

  2. small to medium sirloin

  3. 3/4 cup apple juice

  4. 1/4 cup worchestershire

  5. 1 tsp coarse gnd pepper or crazy pepper

  6. 1 tsp italian seasoning

  7. 1 tsp garlic powder

  8. Thoroughly pierce the steak with a fork on both sides. Mix the

  9. marinade in the bag and add the steak. Squeeze out all the air

  10. before you zip the last inch. Allow sit at room temp for at least

  11. 2 hours. The color of the meat will turn from red to brown when

  12. ready.

  13. Use tongs to transfer to a super hot grill for searing.
