  1. 2 quarts water

  2. 1 cup quick oats

  3. 1 cup pineapple juice

  4. 1 cup orange juice

  5. 1 medium banana

  6. 1/4 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

  7. 1 cup ice cubes

  8. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 5 wedges pineapple, for garnish

  1. Boil 2 quarts of water in a large pot. Add oats and cook over medium-high heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain oatmeal through a fine mesh strainer and discard liquid. Place oatmeal, pineapple juice, orange juice, banana, SPLENDA Granulated Sweetener and 1 cup of ice into a blender. Puree mixture until smooth consistency. Add water if mixture is too thick. Pour into a chilled glass. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Garnish with pineapple wedge if desired.
