  3. XO Sauce

  4. 3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  5. 2 tbsp Water

  6. 100 ml Corn starch

  7. 1 tsp

  1. Blanch E-fu noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir in abalone, celery, carrot and sauce mix. Cook until sauce thickened and put on top of E-fu noodles. Mix well and serve hot. Garnish with shredded green onion and red chili.
