  2. 4 whole Cornish game hens

  3. 1 teaspoon cumin

  4. 1/4 teaspoon oregano

  5. 1/4 teaspoon thyme

  6. 1 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  9. 1 cup raspberries

  10. 1/4 cup sherry

  11. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  12. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  13. 1 cup water

  14. 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

  15. Combine berries, sherry soy sauce and garlic powder to baste hens. Add water to pan; cover with oiled foil or pan cover and bake for 45 minutes to one hour more. Drain liquid. Reduce hen juices; baste again before serving.

  16. Serve with pan juices over rice.
