  1. 2 Dried haddock

  2. 1/2 Onion Seasoning Sauce

  3. 4 tablespoons 60ml Soy sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced green onion

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Minced garlic

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Red pepper threads

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame seed powder

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sesame oil

  11. 2 teaspoons 10ml Rice wine

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Corn oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut dried haddock into pieces 1-1/2 inches long. Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced green onion, minced garlic, red pepper threads, pepper, sesame seed powder, sesame oil and rice wine to make seasoning sauce. Shred onion thinly. Place shredded onion in bottom of pan and add small amount of seasoning sauce. Place dried haddock pieces in pan, sprinkling both sides of each piece with sauce. Add corn oil and 3 tablespoons water to above mixture in pan, cover with lid, and simmer about 20 minutes until seasoning sauce is well blended and haddock is cooked. Recipe by Jong Joung Lee Variations: *Red pepper paste can be added to seasoning sauce. *Hot green pepper can be used in cooking fish pieces Cut hot green pepper in half lengthwise and simmer with fish pieces in seasoning sauce.
