  1. 2 Turkey Tenderloins , about 1 pound

  2. 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

  3. 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt

  4. 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

  5. 1 cup Mango , small dice

  6. 1/2 cup Cucumber , peeled small dice

  7. 1 Green Onion , minced

  8. 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper , small dice

  9. 1 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar

  10. 1 tsp Green Curry Paste

  11. 1 Tbsp Snipped Basil

  12. 1 Tbsp Snipped Mint

  13. 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest

  14. Garnish , chopped dry roasted peanuts

  1. Rub tenderloins with oil. Pat with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat 15-20 minutes, turning once or until juices run clear. Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Slice tenderloins and place on a platter then spoon relish over top and garnish.
