  2. red potatoes , cut into 1-inch chunks

  3. 12 clove(s)

  4. garlic , peeled

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly grated lemon peel

  7. 1 teaspoon(s) salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon(s) coarsely ground black pepper

  1. In large bowl, toss all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated.

  2. Wrap potato mixture in foil packet as described in Potato Packet with Herbs .

  3. Place packet on grill over medium heat and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning packet over once halfway through grilling.
