  7. 3/4 cup Butter -- softened

  8. 2 cups Sugar

  9. 3/4 cup Cocoa

  10. 4 Egg yolks

  11. 1 teaspoon Baking soda

  12. 2 tablespoons Water -- cold

  13. 1/2 cup Coffee -- cold

  14. 1 1/3 cups Flour

  15. 2 tablespoons Vanilla

  16. 4 Egg whites -- beaten

  17. --GLAZE--

  18. 1 cup Powdered sugar

  19. 1/2 cup Kahlua

  20. Whip cream

  21. Preheat oven to 325

  22. Grease and flour bundt pan.

  23. Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa and egg yolks.

  24. Dissolve soda in water and combine with coffee and kahlua; add to batter

  25. alternately with the flour. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

  26. Pour batter in pan, remove air bubbles. Bake 1 hour.

  27. Combine glaze ingredients and pour over warm cake.

  28. Cover with foil and freeze. About 1 hour before serving, remove from freezer and ice with whip cream. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
