  1. Ragi flour-200g

  2. Rice flour-15g

  3. coconut (scrapped)-125g

  4. Powdered Jaggery-3g

  5. cashew nut (grated)-5g

  6. Ghee (as you require)

  1. Boil the jaggery in 300ml in water filter it. Keep aside.

  2. When the syrup reaches room temperature add all other ingredients.

  3. Add water as per required till it reaches thick dosa batter consistency.

  4. Pour dosas with ghee.

  5. Add water as you like the consistency of batter and thickness of dosa.
