    7. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

    8. 4 cloves garlic

    9. 3/4 cup lime juice

    10. pepper -- to taste

    11. Blend cumin, garlic and lime juice until smooth. Taste and season with pepper.

    12. Marinade fish (chicken or meat) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
