  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Green pepper - finely chopped

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Celery - finely chopped

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Onion - finely chopped

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Radishes - finely chopped Bread - whole wheat, toasted

  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cheese - cheddar, shredded

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Alfalfa sprouts Red pepper - (dash)

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine first 6 ingredients. Top each slice of toast with 1/2 cup of vegetable mixture. Place slices on baking sheet. In a small saucepan combine cheese, pepper, and 2 Tablespoons water. Cook and stir till cheese is melted. Spoon over sandwiches. Broil 4-inches from heat for 5 minutes or till cheese is bubbly. Transfer to serving plates. Top with sprouts.
