  1. 1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Shells

  2. 2 tablespoons margarine or butter

  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

  4. 1 package (4 ounces) sweet baking chocolate or 4 squares (1 ounce each) semi-sweet chocolate

  5. 1 pint vanilla ice cream (2 cups)

  6. Bake and cool pastry shells according to package directions.

  7. In small saucepan over low heat, heat margarine. Add nuts and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chocolate. Stir until smooth.

  8. Place a scoop of ice cream in each pastry shell and place on 6 dessert plates. Spoon warm chocolate mixture over ice cream. (Chocolate mixture will harden making a "chocolate shell".)

  9. Makes 6 servings

  10. Tip: Sauce may be made ahead. Reheat over low heat before serving.
