  1. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Chopped seeded peeled tomato

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh basil

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml White wine vinegar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Olive oil

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Hot pepper sauce

  8. 6 Salmon steaks - (6-ounce)

  9. Vegetable cooking spray

  10. Walla Walla relish -

  1. Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. Pour into a shallow dish; add salmon, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

  2. Remove salmon from marinade, reserving marinade. Prepare grill. Place salmon on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
