Egg whites

4 tb Pecans; ground

3 egg yolks,

2/3 cup sugar,

2 cups apples; grated,

1/3 cup matzo meal,

2 T. lemon

1 T. plum brandy, fold in:

3 egg whites, stiffly beaten, turn

8 spring form: Sprinkle with:

4 T. pecans ground. Bake at

deg. 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Cool before removing sides
