  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Jumbo shrimp

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry white wine

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oyster sauce

  6. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Dried oregano

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dijon mustard

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.

  2. In bowl, combine wine, oil, lemon juice, oyster sauce, garlic, oregano, mustard and pepper. Add shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/4C marinade.

  3. In skillet, heat reserved marinade over medium-high heat; cook shrimp, stirring for 4 minutes or until pink.
