  1. Potato es (peeled, washed and cut for frying) oil *Summer Squash (washed and cut into chunks) Onion (peeled, washed and cut into chunks) Salt Pepper *Grated Cheese (whichever type you prefer) **Cooked mild, medium or hot Sausage , crumbled

  1. Fry onions and potatoes in frying pan till potatoes are almost done. Add squash, mix well and salt and pepper to taste. When potatoes, squash and onions are done add the sausage and turn this mixture over into a baking pan, sprinkle cheese on top then put in 350 to 400 degree oven till cheese melts.
