Broiled Catfish with Parmesan Butter

  1. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  2. 1/4 cup butter , softened

  3. 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion s

  4. 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

  5. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

  6. 1/4 Tsp. salt Dash of Tabasco Sauce Fish for Six (Catfish, Snapper, Grouper)

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine first seven ingredients. Spoon mixture evenly over fish, and broil fish until golden brown and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
