  1. 1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix

  2. 3/4 cup water

  3. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  4. 3 egg whites

  5. 1 container (6oz) Yoplait Original strawberry yogurt

  6. 3-5 fresh strawberries - for garnish

  7. 1 tub cream cheese frosting Filling:

  8. 1 1/2 cups whipped cream

  9. 12 oz cream cheese - softened

  10. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  11. 10 strawberries - pureed

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease bottoms and side of 2 8- or 9-inch round pans. Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whites, and yogurt in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pans. Bake 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely, about 1 hour. To prepare filling: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and strawberries together. Fold in whipped cream. To assemble cake: Place bottom layer of cake on a plate, trim if necessary. Pipe a circle of frosting around the top edge of the cake to keep the filling from going over the edge. Spread on filling. Place 2nd layer of cake on top. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Garnish with left over strawberries.
