  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  2. 1/2 fresh green pepper, sliced

  3. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

  4. 1 clove garlic, chopped

  5. 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste

  6. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary

  7. 120ml of tomato passata or ketchup

  8. 3 tins tuna in water, drained

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the green pepper, onion and garlic; cook and stir until softened. Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the salt, rosemary and ketchup. Simmer, stirring constantly, until slightly brown. Mix in the tuna, and cook for about 5 more minutes to blend the flavours before serving.
