  1. 5 ounces plain yogurt

  2. 2 tablespoons sesame or mustard oil

  3. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice -- ( or bottled )

  4. 4 garlic cloves -- chopped

  5. 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger

  6. 2 green chiles -- chopped

  7. 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves -- chopped

  8. 4 tablespoons dried onion flakes

  9. 2 tablespoons ground almonds

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. 100 milliliters milk **SPICES**

  12. 2 tablespoons coriander seeds

  13. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  14. 1 tablespoon green cardamom seeds

  15. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds

  1. Preparation : Put yogurt, oil, lemon, garlic, ginger, chiles, leaves into blender and pulse until smooth. Add remaining stuff including spices, and pulse again. You will probably need more milk until mix is easy to pour. Add a little milk and see result. Put in fridge until needed.
