  1. 1 Package pasta , spaghetti

  2. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  3. 2 cloves of garlic

  4. 2 Tablespoons flour

  5. 1/2 cup white wine

  6. 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

  7. 1 Cup chicken broth

  8. 8 oz. cooked ham

  9. 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

  10. Salt and pepper

  11. grated provolone

  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in flour. stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in wine, mustard, and chicken broth. Over medium heat bring sauce to a gentle boil. Stir in ham, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Toss pasta and sauce together. Top with grated provolone.
