    1. for Greek Mediterranean Quail Recipe

    2. 8 boneless quail

    3. 1 lemon

    4. Garlic, minced

    5. Olive oil

    6. Fresh Rosemary & thyme

    7. Salt & pepper

    1. Rub quail on both sides with lemon, olive oil and garlic.

    2. Season with rosemary, thyme, salt & pepper.

    3. Cook for 2 minutes per side over flame.

    4. Move away from flame. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

    5. Serves 4 - This recipe is great to serve with grilled vegetables(marinated with the same seasonings)and couscous. .
