  1. 1 lb ground chicken (or turkey)

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (the shaker kind)

  4. 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

  5. 1 -2 garlic clove , minced

  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , finely grated

  1. Combine all ingredients until well blended.

  2. Form into patties.

  3. Grill or cook until juices no longer pink inside.

  4. When I have these on a bun, I use pasta or pizza sauce as a condiment instead of the usual burger toppings.
