  1. 6 bacon slices, coarsely chopped

  2. 1 C chopped onion

  3. 1 lb. russet potato es, peeled, cubed

  4. 4 C whole milk

  5. 1 C chicken broth

  6. 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup

  7. 2 Tbs. chopped fresh sage

  8. 2 1/2 C diced cooked turkey

  9. 1 can cream of celery soup

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Pour off all but 2 Tbs. drippings from pan. Increase heat to med-high, add onions and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Mix in potatoes, milk, broth, potato soup, celery soup and 1 Tbs. sage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Add turkey meat, bacon and remaining sage. Simmer until heated through, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
