  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped green bell pepper

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped red bell pepper

  9. 1 Jalapeño pepper - minced

  10. 1 Cube beef bouillon

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chili powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sugar

  13. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Chopped tomato

  14. 2/3 cup 41g / 1.4oz Sliced green onions with tops

  15. 6 tablespoons 90ml Reduced-fat sour cream

  1. Recipe Instructions Remove fat from steak. Cut steak into 1/2-inch cubes. Heat oil in large nonstick saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add steak, onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Add beans, diced tomatoes with juice, bell peppers, jalapeño pepper, bouillon, chili powder and sugar. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 30 to 45 minutes. Top with chopped tomato, green onions and sour cream. This recipe yields 6 servings.
