  1. 1 14 1/2 oz. College Inn ® Chicken Broth with Roasted Vegetable & Herbs

  2. 1 cup milk

  3. 1 onion (medium) chopped

  4. 1-1/2 cups orzo

  5. 1 box frozen broccoli florets (tiny)

  6. 1 box herbed cheese spread

  1. Directions In medium saucepan, combine broth, milk and onion; heat to boiling. Stir in orzo. Cover; cook over medium heat 12 minutes. Add broccoli and cheese. Cook over low heat until broccoli and pasta are cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Variation: Cooked chicken, shrimp or salmon may be added during last 4 minutes of cooking.
