Preparation : combine cream cheese and milk in a food processor process until well blended and smooth add onions-mix well add bacon, reserving 1/4 cup as garnish-mix well add horseradish-mix well spoon into a casserole or souffle dish bake @ 375 degrees for 15 minutes garnish with crumbled bacon serve hot, with assorted crackers
