  1. 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  3. 5 tablespoons granulated sugar

  4. 1 large egg

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 1/4 cup evaporated milk

  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  8. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  9. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  10. 2 tablespoons butter, softened

  11. 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C). In a bowl combine 1 1/3 cups flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, egg, water, evaporated milk and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. In a bowl combine 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons softened butter. Mix until crumbly; stir in chopped pecans. Sprinkle over the batter and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
