  1. 2 pounds To 3 lb broiler/fryer -- chicken, cut up

  2. 1/4 cup (to 1/3 cup) flour

  3. 2 tablespoons Oil

  4. 1 1/2 cups Long grain rice

  5. 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning

  6. 1 teaspoon Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  8. 1 cup Milk

  9. 2 1/3 cups Water

  10. 13x9x2" baking pan. Top with chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake at

  11. 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until rice and chicken are tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
