  1. 2 pounds Ground Beef

  2. 1/2 Cup Onion -- chopped

  3. 1 Can Corn -- drained

  4. 2 Eggs

  5. 2 Teaspoons Mustard

  6. 2 Teaspoons Salt

  7. 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

  8. 6 Large Green Peppers Large Jar Ragu Or Your Favorite

  1. Preparation : Mix all but peppers and sauce. Fill peppers with mixture and fit them into a stock pot or dutch oven with a cover. Pour sauce over top. Cook covered on top of stove for about 1 hour (or longer depending on size of peppers) until mixture is cooked through.
