  1. 4 Flour tortillas - (10-inch)

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Smoked sliced turkey

  3. 2 cups 474ml Shredded iceberg lettuce

  4. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  5. 1 Ripe avocado - peeled and diced

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Thousand island dressing

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add one tortilla and heat, turning frequently, until soft and pliable. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

  2. Divide turkey among tortillas. Toss lettuce, cheese, avocado and Thousand Island dressing in bowl. Top each tortilla with 2/3 cup lettuce mixture. Roll up. Makes 4 servings.
