  1. 2 lbs hamburger or chicken

  2. 3 cans tomato sauce

  3. 1 Tbsp. chili power

  4. 1 1/2 can water

  5. Black bean s (or refried)

  6. Grated cheese

  7. Chopped jalapeno s

  8. Olive s

  9. Chopped onion s

  10. Salsa

  11. Mexican Rice

  12. Corn

  13. Flour Tortillas

  1. Shake ¾ c. flour, 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 Tbsp. chili power in a qt. jar. Add 1⅔ can of water shake and put into pan, bring to a boil. Remove immediately, add water if needed. Fry hamburger and season with salt and pepper. Dip flour shells into tomato sauce mixture then add cooked beef, chopped onions and cheese then roll up. Pour rest of sauce over rolls. Add one more can of tomato sauce to top and sprinkle with cheese.

  2. CREAMY ENCHILADAS 1 Medium onion chopped 8 oz sour cream 2 Cans cream of chicken (or 1 can and 16 oz sour cream)

  3. 1-2 C salsa 2 C Shredded Cheese Pepperjack is good (leave some for top)

  4. C Shredded chicken Mix together and fill tortillas, cover with mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for approx 30 min
