  1. 500g boneless chicken

  2. 5g garam masala

  3. 25g ginger-garlic paste

  4. 50g oil

  5. 100g onions, chopped

  6. 1 tsp chili powder

  7. 100g yogurt

  8. A pinch of tandoori color Salt to taste

  1. In a wide bowl, mix chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder, garam masala, tandoori color and marinate for about 1 hour.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until they turn golden brown.

  3. Cook the chicken pieces until the gravy disappears and later fry them.
