  1. 1 Onion Sliced

  2. 1/2 Green Pepper Thinly Sliced

  3. 1/2 lb Mushrooms Sliced

  4. 1/2 lb Spinach Torn Into Bite-

  5. -Sized Pieces 1 c Mung Bean Sprouts

  6. 1 Block Firm Tofu, Cut Into -Cubes 1/4 c Sesame Seeds

  7. 2 tb Low Sodium Tamari

  8. 4 c Cooked Brown Rice

  9. 1. Saute Onion and Green Pepper in 1/4 C. Water for 10 Min.

  10. 2. add Tofu and Mushrooms. Cook An Additional 10 Min.

  11. 3. add Spinach, Bean Sprouts, Sesame Seeds and Tamari. Cover and Steam 5

  12. 4. Mix in 4 C. Cooked Brown Rice. Heat Through and Serve Hot.
