  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fresh green beans

  2. 1 Green onions - cut into strips

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml House Seasoning - (see recipe)

  4. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz All-purpose flour

  5. 1 cup 237ml Buttermilk Oil - for frying

  1. Recipe Instructions Bundle about 5 green beans by tying in the center with a green onion strip. Combine house seasoning and flour. Dip green beans in buttermilk and roll into flour mixture. In a deep frying pan or Dutch oven, fry bundles in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
