  1. 1 1/8 c. water

  2. 3 tbsp. sugar

  3. 1 tsp. salt

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast

  5. 3 c. flour

  6. 1 tbsp. powdered dry milk

  7. 1 tbsp. butter

  8. 1 tsp. gluten

  1. Take pan out of bread machine. Add water, flour, sugar, salt, powdered milk, dry yeast, gluten, and butter. Put pan back into bread machine. Plug in. Select menu on machine (if you can figure it out). Push “start” button or timer can be set for appropriate mealtime delivery (if you can figure out how).

  2. Enjoy the aroma of the homemade bread while it is baking. When it is finished baking, open lid, pull out baking pan, slice bread, spread with butter and jelly and enjoy!
