Blue Cheese Crab Quiche -

    1. 1 prepared pie crust

    2. 1 cup crab meat -- crumbled

    3. 1/4 cup blue cheese -- crumbled

    4. 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- shredded

    5. 1 green onion -- chpped fine

    6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    7. 4 eggs

    8. 1 cup milk

    9. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    10. 350 for about 35 minutes or until done. Allow to set

    11. 5 minutes before serving.
