  1. Salad:

  2. 1/2 lb. cooked white chicken meat, shredded

  3. 1 small head lettuce,shredded

  4. 2 T. toasted sesame seeds

  5. 2 oz. sai foon (bean thread), deep fried until light brown

  6. 4 green onions, sliced

  7. 2 T. chopped toasted almonds or peanuts Dressing:

  8. 1 tsp. salt

  9. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  10. 3 T. vinegar

  11. 2 T. sugar

  12. 1/4 cup salad oil

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine salad ingredients together just prior to serving. Mix dressing and pour over salad when serving.
