  1. 6 tender corn cob

  2. 2 tbsp plain flour (maida)

  3. 1 tbsp fine semolina (rava)

  4. 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

  5. 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

  6. 1/4 tsp baking soda

  7. 2 tbsp curds (dahi)

  8. 2 tsp oil

  9. salt to taste

  10. For Serving

  11. butter and green chutney

  1. Grate the corn. To the grated corn, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  2. Cut banana leaves into small squares.

  3. Apply a little oil to the banana leaves. Spread a little mixture on each leaf portion and put another greased leaf on top.

  4. Cook on a tawa (griddle) until light brown spots appear on top.

  5. Serve hot with butter and green chutney.
