  2. serves 1. 100 grams thinly sliced beef, cut into bite-sized squares or strips

  5. 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  6. 1. Melt butter in a small frying pan.

  7. 2. Saute garlic.

  8. 3. Before it starts browning, throw in beef and saute quickly.

  9. 4. Once it browns, add the soy sauce and continue stir-frying until done.
