  1. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  2. 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar

  3. 1/2 cup olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup parsley , finely chopped

  5. 1/4 cup shallot , finely chopped

  6. 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  7. 8 garlic cloves , minced

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

  9. 1 1/2 lbs cooked large shrimp

  10. 1 loaf French bread, sliced thin, toasted

  1. Whisk all ingredients except for the shrimp and bread.

  2. Place shrimp in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over them.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 6-10 hours.

  4. Drain marinade when ready to serve and place the shrimp on the pieces of toast to serve.
