  1. 500g chicken

  2. 3 onions, chopped

  3. 10g garam masala

  4. 3 cups yogurt

  5. 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  6. 1 tsp chili powder

  7. 1 small bunch cilantro

  8. 20g cumin seeds

  9. 75g oil

  10. Salt to taste

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

  2. Add garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder in yogurt and make a mix.

  3. Take half of this mix and apply to the chicken pieces. Keep the remaining mix aside.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions until golden brown and keep aside. In remaining oil, add cumin seeds and chicken pieces and fry them.

  5. Add remaining half of the mix to the chicken pieces and fry for few minutes. Add the fried onions and fry.

  6. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
