  1. 1/2 c Butter or butter substitute

  2. 1 c Sugar

  3. 3 Eggs

  4. 2 ts Baking powder

  5. 3/4 c Milk

  6. 1 ts Vanilla flavoring

  7. 1 c Chopped nuts

  8. 1 lb Graham crackers

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Beat thoroughly. Combine with graham cracker crumbs rolled fine, and baking powder. Add flavoring, milk, and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-oiled, shallow pans. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) about 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Marie Barcol, KA.
